Certified Clinical HypnotherapistCertified Past Life Regression Therapist
Explore what lies beneath the surface. Understand yourself more deeply. Move forward with greater clarity, freedom and peace.
Sometimes we experience fears, emotions or repeating patterns without fully understanding where they come from.
Through hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression Therapy, I guide you through a structured process of exploring your thoughts, emotions and inner experiences.
The goal is not to force an answer, but to create space for your own experience to unfold.
Two Paths of Exploration
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis as a focused state of awareness to support personal change and exploration.
I offer general hypnotherapy as well as specialist sessions for:
- Sleep
- Fears & Phobias
- Alcohol Reduction
- Confidence
- Anxiety & Stress
- Weight Control
- Smoking
Past Life Regression Therapy
Past Life Regression Therapy is a form of guided exploration for people who feel that something beneath their conscious awareness may be connected to an issue in their present life.
From my spiritual perspective, the soul may experience more than one lifetime. During regression, you may experience images, emotions, sensations, memories or narratives that you understand as connected to another lifetime.
The focus is not simply on discovering a past life. It is on understanding what emerges and how it may relate to your life today.
Your Journey Begins With a Conversation
Every client begins with an intake form followed by a 90-minute complimentary interview.
We will discuss your concerns, goals, questions and whether this work is appropriate for you.
If we decide together that it is a good fit, you can then begin your sessions.
You remain in control throughout the process.
Begin Your JourneyA Note About This Work
Hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression Therapy are forms of personal exploration and healing work. They do not guarantee a particular result and are not a substitute for medical or mental-health care.
My role is to guide the process—not to tell you what your experience means or what you should believe.
